Norm was a bright light in a dark world. He brought character and kindness to those he met. I'll miss hearing his words of wisdom and shared family stories. Norm was a pioneer and his works a landmark to our city. He will be remembered not with sadness but with a smile. It was a privilege to have known him and to continue to know the Saroukian and Shamey families.

Our prayers for comfort and peace are with you all.
