Ms. Norma was my 6th grade reading teacher as a student at Brookville Middle School during the 1979-80 school year. She was one of my favorite teachers, and had a strong heart and compassion for her students and the community she served. Ms. Bicknell will be sorely missed by all those who knew her, and had the honor and privilege to call her a great friend.
