Dear Paul and Family,
We were saddened to hear of Norma's passing, we will miss her. Her kindness and the caring attitude she shared was shown to our family when Joanie passed away a few years back. Jim and I were a bit out of it with grief. Norma came over one evening to make sure we were doing OK she sat with us for a while and talked to us and hugged us and told us it was going to be OK.
