My deepest sympathy's to your family. i worked with Norma at AT&T formally Pacific Bell,she was one of my managers during my employment with the company. She was an extraordinary woman. One thing i remember vividly is her pulling up in the parking lot of the Cedros building in Van Nuys in her little red Fiero. Rest in Peace Norma, and Thank you for always encouraging me and to never give up.

Dear Robin and Annette,
I am so sorry about Norma. I can't come to the service today because of surgery that I had this week, but you will all be in my prayers.
I will never forget Norma's wonderful sense of humor, the way she liked to ring the big bells in choir, her generosity in making the lovely covers for the bell tables. We missed her so much when she could no longer play.
And we will always miss her smiling face, even when we knew she was in pain.

As a fellow ringer in the handbell choir with Norma, I will always remember her for her sense of humor when she messed up, and for her generosity when she made beautiful covers for the handbell tables. When she ushered, she always greeted me with a hug. She will be missed.
