Not sure what to say?

June and I grew up in the same neighborhood in Upstate. Her Mother Martha, looked after me starting from a young age and it cemented a lifelong friendship for us. Her Cousin Andy, I believe, instilled the most enduring lessons which she brought to her life; kindness, courtesy, grace and generosity with others. She lived her live impeccably by these principles. June is an accomplished Teacher, a Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Friend, Mother, Wife and much more. She always pursed a good laugh. She...

Dearest Skeels, Such sad, sad news to hear of June's passing. The extent of your sorrow is unimaginable. Hillary was so fortunate to have enjoyed her friendship, and to have been accepted into your strong and loving family. God bless.

June was such a sweet person, I taught with her for a few years at Cony. I will always remember her smile and warm personality. We would often talk of Isaiah and lacrosse and how strong he felt about the sport. She will be greatly missed by all. My thoughts and prayers to her family in this difficult time.

Thinking of you in this time of loss, Very sorry for you & your family.

Thoughts and prayers to the family of the this amazing woman/teacher. She taught both of my sons in school and my youngest had a strong connection with her even after their class was done. She would stop him in the hallway and always invite him to any after school activities she was hosting. He loved feeling included. Such a kind, caring lady that will be missed. The world needs more people like her.....

I knew June when she worked as a French teacher for Augusta Schools. The students loved her and she was a very good teacher. She will be missed.

June was one of my favorite classmates. She always had a smile and a laugh for anyone who needed it. Usually that was me. I'm so sad to learn of her passing and am praying for her and her family.

I will always remember her as the young girl who came to the house in Rhinebeck always smiling and upbeat. I will always miss you June you will be remembered always. You became one of the Family (La Famiglia).
