Norma, may love surround you wherever you are, just as you surrounded everyone with love while you were in our experience--a truly giving person with a happy outlook -- inspiring to everyone. You were a gift of goodness for all of us to appreciate. Comfort to the family and friends left behind. There's a poem by John Greenleaf Whittier that reads: "All the good the past has had remains to make our own time glad." Norma, you leave behind a wonderful example of the kind of goodness that...

I met Norma when I joined the Central Area Senior Center in 2007. She was a source of consolation to me when I lost my husband in 2009. My daughter Marva was one of the beneficiaries of her kindness at the Univ. of
Wash. athletic dept. I will always remember her winning smile, her kindness and her sense of humor. She was truly an angel. My condolences to her husband Richard, her two children and her grandson.
