I met Norma over 21 years ago through Head Start. Norma was one of the first parent I met. We first met during my home visit. Norma was very supported and caring. Norma knew I was new on the job.and I was nervous. Norma made me feel welcome in her home and the children also made the home visit excited and I always knew when I went to Norma home I was gone at least a hour in half. We had great times watch the children grow up and grandchildren. To All The Family My Heart Are With You...
