So, so many fond memories of Norma and Irving in Mary's. They had everything you needed for school and play for both children and adults. God Bless the entire family.

So sorry to hear of Norma´s passing. My grandpa Jacob Greenberg was Mary´s brother. Norma was my moms cousin.her name was Reve Rothenberg. I vaguely remember meeting them as a child on Long Island and on Staten Island. My grandmother was Hannah. We still had Norma `s address in an old phone book. When they were all young, they were close and grew apart through the years and after moving to FL. Please accept our condolences from the children of the Greenberg/Rothenberg side of the family.

So sorry to hear of Norma's passing. Naturally she and her husband Irving were known by everyone in Tottenville where I grew up. September was always a very busy time of year for them with all the school children buying their school supplies at Mary's 5and 10. Even with a store full of kids they were always kind and patient with every one of us. Both Norma and Irving were lovely people. May she rest in peace.

Harriet I´m so sorry for the loss of your dear mother. I was just thinking about her. I enjoyed all the times being at your house eating macaroni and tuna and playing in the basement. I called her Hushpuppy Norma because of her shoes. I´m sorry that I didn´t get to see her age. My heart is with you
