Not sure what to say?

Out of town for training when I heard, and unable to come to funeral. We have had some great times, and I always felt like "family" as Frank and Norma made it that way. Love to all of you, Kathy Whitten

So sorry to hear of your loss. Norma was such a wonderful person and so was Frank. My parents, Don and Gloria Ferris were very close to them and had a long friendship with them. Norma was so thoughtful, she never missed a chance to send a card or letter of encouragement just when it was needed. And I loved that she always had cookies to share when we would visit them. She will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. I saw Norma a couple of months ago, while visiting Dad, and we had a nice visit. I know she is at peace.

Norma was such an incredible woman: strong, independent, thoughtful, and caring. Both she and Frank have blessed my life and I know many others. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Norma was one of the first clerks I trained with at the VA. She was very nice, but very thorough!!! I've seen her from time to time after she retired and she was still the same - talking about kids, retirement, etc. I just wanted you to know that your Mother is remembered fondly.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Your Mom & Dad are now "Together Forever"
