I was shocked and very sad to hear this news. My deepest condolences and prayers to her family. Her passing will be tremendous loss to all who knew her. She was a good, kind and loving person. Norma was a blessing in my life. She was a good friend and an excellent Mentor. I will always be grateful to her for all she did for me. Norma was an outstanding professional and leader.
