Dear Lou and family,
We just heard of Norma's death, and are sorry we did not get to express our sympathies in person. We have happy memories of our Erie Road days...and our busy families. Norma was smart, had a great sense of humor and perspective, and was an elegant soul.
We wish you all peace and comfort,
Bob and Maureen

Lou, Brian, Craig, Jeff, and Kerri,
I knew Norma through working with her in the lab at Fairview for 20 years. She loved her family deeply and talked of you often. She was so much fun to be around and her humor helped me get through many long days at work. She was a warm and generous person, and I am sure you will feel her loss for a long time. You have my prayers and sympathy.

Dear Lou, Brian,Craig,, Jeff, and Kerri,

I am saddened to read of Norma's passing and the health issues she suffered these past months. Her death brings back memories of times at MERCYHURST UNIVERSITY and then Mercyhurst Alumni get together in the Cleveland area.

Her funeral Mass with large attendance was a wonderful tribute to her and all of your family. The participation of your wonderful family was just what would make her proud.

Dick and I have enjoyed dinner with...
