Read MoreI am saddened to read the passing of Mrs. Ragland. I remember her well from growing up and her son Jimmy being such a good friend with my brother Jerry; Many nights at Rosie's Diner and as our neighbor in the HIghlands. My sincere condolences to the entire family. She was a great woman who gave her all. RIP Norma G, as some would call her, but to me, always Mrs. Ragland. Many prayers for all of her loved ones.
