Joanie was a good friend and neighbor. Will always miss her and remember the good times we shared.

Words fall short expressing my sorrow for your loss. I have many fond memories of Joan. Simply put, she was a class act. May the angles welcome you to paradise, Joan!

Joan was assigned to my middle school classroom for students with emotional impairments and learning concerns during my first year in Jackson. She was an amazing co-worker who supported the children with patience and kindness. A fond memory was accessing our special drawer of chocolates for when things were especially stressful for us. Joan loved her family and often shared information about them with love and pride. My deepest sympathies to her family, supporters, and friends.
