To Chris and Mark,

I wish to express my sympathy to you and your families upon the loss of your Mother. She was a dear and special friend to my Mother, Genevieve O'Loughlin for decades. I believe they grew up together and were also co-workers at GE for many years as well as travel partners on occasion. Genevieve is 89 and now lives in Ithaca, NY near me and will be saddened to learn of Norma's passing. My sincere sympathy.
