Dear Tina, Neal and Families,

My Mom called me from Phoebe Berks with the sad news. I send you our deepest condolences. Your mom was a wonderful person; great friend and neighbor to both my mom and their much missed friend/neighbor, Dot Smith. My mom was also a member of St. John's UCC where she was confirmed, as well as a coworker at Reading Hospital where your mom spent all those long nights on D3. My mom and I would be coming to work, and Norma would be trying to finish up...

Lebo Family:

As a student nurse I spent my night shift rotation with Norma in D building. What a blast we had!!! I'll never forget the 2 AM peanut butter and marshmallow crackers!

Norma became a wonderful friend whom I loved and looked up to. She was a great nurse!!!

Gene Stout and I just spoke about you on Friday - You were always a dear friend to her, and as a client, you were always so gracious. Even though we kept fighting to get your money back from the insurance company, you felt it was Okay just to walk away - As you know, we fought till you got what you were entitled to - Will miss your nice smile, and your kind demeanor.
