Not sure what to say?

From Patti the Architect... I was privileged to know Norm and his wonderful family. He was generous, sincere, and fair with all he came into contact with. I pray (yesterday at a Mass being offered for him at St. Michaels in Clearwater) he is receiving his eternal reward, that of a true and faithful servant of God. May Susan and all the children know the peace of God's love.

My heart aches for you all. Norm served his life for the betterment of all. God Bless. There are no words to express the deep sympathy I feel for you all. Susan, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Peace be with you.

To Norm's family
I can only echo the earlier post written by Jim Carney. I started my career at Fiserv with Norm in Tampa and worked with him throughout the years.

I can't imagine the sorrow your family is going through. Norm was always a good friend, a great leader and the type of person so many of us aspired to be. He was someone we all looked up to and knew that he was always there for us. He took the time to know each and every one of us and was never too busy to listen...

From the Catholic Foundation, our prayers are with the Balthasar family during their time of loss. Susan and Norm have been great a great support to the Foundation's work. Norm will be missed. Our thoughts are with you Susan.

Just a few days ago I was informed by a former schoolmate about Norm's passing. Ironically, about two days prior I held a newspaper photograph in my hand of the 1962 Notre Dame HS State Championship Football Team with Norm in it. He is a notable member of that team and the NDHS Community. My (our) prayers are for Norm and all of his family. May God Bless him, his family, and friends!

Respectfully,

Jim L. Considine

As another Notre Dame High School teamate of Norm's, who only recently reconnected with him, I was shocked and saddened by his untimely passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Susan, Matt,Mary,Emily and Amy,

What started as a dream became a reality for Norm. He became a champion to many, a hero, one of us, a technician with the skills to communicate. But, he was always one of us.

I am so sorry for your loss and cannot imagine the deep sorrow you feel. Please know Norm brightened so many lives, gave meanings to many, and careers to so many more.

We will all miss him and remember him in our day to day activities. Without him,...

Susan, Matt,Mary,Emily and Amy,
I am so sorry for this family's loss. Norman was such a good and generous man and will be missed by all of us. Elaine and I wanted to fly out but couldn't get a flight, but our hearts were there with you. My love and prayers are with you all.
