Norm Benz Eulogy
February 24, 2014

Norman Benz was known by many people in many ways:
- a devoted husband to my beautiful mother for almost 60 years
- a loving father and grandfather to my awesome sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews
- a son, brother, uncle, father-in-law, friend, mentor, and godfather
Norm, Mr. Benz, Dad, Grampa, Uncle Norm, and Papa Norm

But Dad's most important and cherished role was as a disciple of and evangelist for...

Dearest Mary Anne, I am so blessed to have met Norm and shared in his stories and jokes, family meals, Divine Mercy Cenacle, and his special blessings.

Dear Mrs. Benz and family,

Our deepest sympathy to you all and may God heal you during this difficult time.

Dear Maryann, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. Remembering our few visits and lunches with you and Morm

while we were staying in Florid

Long time memories are of a wonderful God fearing man. We are blessed to know him. May the family know how many lives he touched and be blessed with memories of the love he shared.

I know you will find peace thru our Lord in your time of loss, lean on that. Haven't seen all for many years, but do remember some times when young with all.

To the Whole Family
So glad we were able to be with all of you during so beautiful a tribute. We feel we have been extremely privledged
to have felt like "family" so many times and have had so close a relationship and so many wonderful memories. God Bless You All. We will surely miss him.

So many, many years ago, I knew Norm. I have the fondest memories of him when we were parishioners at St. John Vianney in Orchard Park. I will remember you as a kind, caring man. Godspeed.
