We are so sorry to hear of Dick´s passing. He was such a good and kind man. Dick worked with my dad at Kroggel Claim Service in Elkhart. My dad became quite ill and the business was transitioned to Dick. I was very young at the time so I don´t know all the details but I do know that Dick went above and beyond to make sure my family would be ok. I worked with Dick as a secretary in a small independent insurance office (Kroggel Claim Service) in Elkhart transcribing the statements he took on various claims including the Palm Sunday tornado's. He was a kind, considerate boss always looking out for us. Also a great adjuster, so interesting to transcribe the reports and letters. RIP Dick
