Not sure what to say?

I first knew Norm in the Air Force...We were station together at Naselle AFS in the early 60's. I can't say enough about this man, he was an inspiration to me, he was reading Hawaii at the time we met. What a wonderful person. He took me home with him once on leave and I spent some time with his parents, what a great family.

We had so much fun at the Dr. Corn Blue Grass Remedy get togethers, meeting for coffee when we were in Hillsbsoro and running into each other at Barnes and Noble book stores. Most of all we loved seeing your sparkling eyes when we sharing a good laugh!

Safe trip my friend!

In the early days of the Friends of Jackson Bottom, Norm was one of the best and most cheerful of volunteers. We shall miss him and his tender heart for helping others. - Sue Orlaske & Mitch Wolgamott, Summerville OR

So long to my old high school classmate. not only did we develop a lasting friend ship, we enjoyed many good times together over the last fifty years. We shall miss you.

Norm was a man of good will whose kindness and open approach to life influenced us all. His warm smile and easy laughter still echoes in my mind and I see his youthful, vibrant spirit. I hope our paths cross again in whatever lies ahead.
Lovingly -Leila

So sorry to hear of Norms death. I have many happy memories of listening to blue grass music together with friends. He always brought smiles and good humor. Rest easy my friend. Bette Perman
