Norman and I spent a lot of time together in the past year. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to get to know him. He was not always easy to understand and we had our disagreements but we worked through them. His last day was spent giving me a hard time (which he loved to do) and making fun of the nurses. I don't know who I will have lunch with anymore or how I will fill up that "extra time" in my day. I will miss you Uncle Norman. You made me crazy but I love you.

A loving brother,
By all means,
Who is smiling and watching,
In heavenly peace,
Over those he loved
Ever so much.

Norman was a very gentle and loving person. I enjoyed spending time with him fishing or at family cookouts. I wish we had had more time together, but that was not ment to be. I know he is in a better place. I love you Norman. Your brother Red.

Norman was a loving person. I will miss him very much.

Norm, I am going to miss you greatly. You were a friend when I needed one and I was glad to help you out when you needed me there for you. I am glad that you were able to spend the last years of your life with family members as was your wish.

God speed, my friend...
