Not sure what to say?

The best man at our wedding in 1988. A profound loss for not only Rickie but the Portland racing community. Rest in aloha dear friend.

So sorry. What a wonderful person

My condolences to the family.

I heard about his passing and it honestly took me a while to process. Thought about my experience with him, his leadership and what I learned at GI Joe’s. It was a good time in my life and I thank him for all the opportunities he gave me and my family.

Norm was an icon - such a good guy. Gone too soon. Rickie, we send you heartfelt condolences. Erin & Stan Hubert

Going way back to the GI Joe's races at PIR and until recently, its hard to imagine not seeing Norm's smiling face there. However, his friendship and smile will be with us forever. He was one of the most enthusiastic and positive personalities I had ever met. We are so happy to have had the pleasure of being around him during those times. Our condolences to Rickie and family.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Norm will be missed in many places, but the one we know is Columbia Edgewater where my husband, Ralph Johnson, played with Norm. and he went to many of Norm's car races at PRI. We will miss his affable demeanor and joyful spirit. RIP, Norm. Ralph & Karen Johnson

What a terrible loss this must be for the family. My heart goes out to you.
Norm was always quick with a smile and never needed to venture far from home to succeed. He served his community well.
My hats off to you Norm!
