Not sure what to say?

I am far away, (California), and it was long ago, but I so remember Norm and Ruth, and offer my blessings to Kris and Brad. The road is long, and Norm and Ruth made it better for the journey. Two nights ago I had a dream I was talking with Ruth. I don't know what we were chatting about, and as a younger cousin we were not close, so it was strange dream. One of my first memories was their wedding. My own daughters remember the farm, and only today as I was thinking about the animals, the joy...

Group of 10 Memorial Trees

Although we have not been close since the days of horses and horse shows we have always felt close to our friends on Nelson Road. Those days are long gone, Ruth and Norm are gone, and we are not far behind ourselves but we have wonderful memories. We felt we could not visit the farm today due to our own physical limitations but want to let Chris and Brad know that we ae thinking of them and hope they are well. Since we no longer know how to get in touch with them this is all we can do.

Kris and the Rickenflock, so sorry for your loss. May your fond memories help you through the difficult days ahead. Sending love and hugs to all

Brad and Kristen... I bought your/parents house on Cooper Dr in 1973...They were both very gracious while purchasing their house.. I am very sorry for the loss of a very special person in all of your lives.. May both your parents RIP....

I KNEW NORM FROM IBM - HE WAS A FRIEND TO EVERYONE. WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL PERSON.

The world has lost a real gentleman. Norm was a truly noble human being. He did all sorts of things for others simply because he thought it was the proper thing to do and he loved helping others. From all the strays that he and Ruth brought to safety to all the folks that he helped at IBM, he was a huge person in so many ways. His passing has left very large shoes to fill and everyone who knew him will feel the loss. God rest his soul.

Kris, Molly, Sam and family,
I’m so very sorry about Norm. He was such a kind man. I always loved waiting on him when he came in the Skylark. He certainly will be missed. Hold your memories close.
