To the Family of Norman Felton. My name is Don Bodfield and I am so sorry to hear about Norman’s passing. We grew up in the same neighborhood. I lived on the corner of 30th and Fair Street and the Felton Family lived a block down on 30th and Hitchcock. Norman was about 4 years younger than me. Virginia was about 2 years older.
