A little girl who is now a women will always remember Norman for the kind man he was. He went out one night close to christmas even though at the time he did not believe in celebrating such holidays and bought a CHER doll for a little girl who was going to miss out on a holiday that was dear to her heart. Her mom was in the hospital in a city far from home and would continue to battle her fight with cancer that she would eventual loose. I will cherish my memories of Norman, as I am sure will...

I thank Norman for all he taught me in cabinets and life. He always treated me as family. I remember his calm demeanor even as I struggled to get Garrett and Myself in to the shop late as we usually were. A great craftsmen and friend. You will be missed but not forgotten.

I will always cherish the memories I have of weekends in Petaluma with Uncle Norman, and working installing cabinets during Christmas vacation and summer. The spiritual conversations were fun and educational. I know that his mother was very proud of him, not just for his accomplishments in life, but for the person he was. He truly did try to see the best in everyone.

I was nanny for his daughter Tracy's children,Lauren and Alex. This was how I first met Norman. We loved Tracy but sometimes I could not make out here handwriting,I asked Norman if he could,because he must have had to read it her whole life,he just laughed and said, are you kidding I have tried and I still can't, why don't we just guess and hope we're right. He loved her so very much and I guess he didn't want her to know he was never able to fully read what she wrote. That in my book made...

Uncle Norman took me fishing before I was school age. I still often look back on that day. I have loved to fish since that very day. Thank you uncle Norman for leading by example what a real man should be. Until we meet again.
