Not sure what to say?

I really liked grandpa Norm and I was proud to have him as my American grandpa. I will remember him as a very kind person.

may your legacy lives on and touch someone to do the same as you did,

Lois and Family
We are so very sorry upon hearing of Norms passing -- but be consoled by knowing he is in the arms of our loving God and we will all see him again one day in eternity.
Marge Parker and Family

Perhaps the best way I can sum it up is to say that Norm left a living legacy of hope and possibility throughout our community. Children's lives throughout West Michigan have been forever positively impacted by Norm's and Lois' personal activism, volunteerism, and financial support. Norm's warm heart and bright smile will live on in the laughter and smiles of children everywhere.

To stay that Norm was an inspiration seems so trite but he certainly was. We feel so blessed to have the pleasure of knowing Norm, Lois and Chuck. We pray for all of the family and will always remember that wonderful smile on Norm's face.

Knowing Norm made me a better person and I am pretty sure that everyone that ever knew him could say the same thing. He gave so much of himself and did it with joy and love and the world is a better place because of him. He will surely be missed but his legacy will live on in the lives he touched. God bless you Norm!

Very sorry to hear about Norm, a great brother-in-law for 20 years. My sympathies to the entire Ginebaugh family. We met a homestay operator in Sayulita, Mexico who had retired there from Grand Rapids and remembered Norm as a great guy to work with when he was at GE. As the kind words entered here attest, he will be missed by many.

Greg really sorry to hear about your loss. We will lift you and your family up in these difficult days! Rick & Mindy DeMann & family

Grandpa Norm and my grandson Elijah

Dear Lois and Family,
My condolences. There are not enough words in the English language to describe what a remarkable man Norm was. His kindness, caring, generosity, compassion and sense of humor were without equal.
From the first time I met Norm and mentioned the need for a coffee maker at Shepherds of Independence and having one show up a couple of days later, to the last time we spoke at Trillium Woods, Norm always radiated an amazing positive energy. Whether delivering food or...
