Not sure what to say?

I was a neighbor of your parents in Falling Water in 1975. I moved to NC and raised my children there and we still live here. I have two of your father´s paintings still hanging on my walls today. I have always treasured them. I am now 83 and in fairly good health. Today I had this urge to reach out to his family! My memories are all good of loving, caring couple. May they both rest in peace. Love, Cynthia Smith Norwood

Still remember Norman with great fondness. When he painted his pictures in the Art Studio at Westlake Village many people would come by and watch. He was so talented and kind. Always had a smile.

I remember Norman with nice memories from when he lived at Westlake Village. He would go out into the courtyard and sit in the sun on nice days. He was a very talented artist. I still have a painting he did for me of San Francisco. I have it displayed in a nice frame in my house and think of Norman when I look at it. He was a very nice man.

I worked briefly with Norm at AG around 1966 and recall Owl paintings he was doing at the time. We developed a friendship and I created a cartoon character "Owl Man" modeled after the current superheroes that included Superman and Batman. We shared many jokes about "Owl Man" and I drew a cartoon for awhile, which was about "Owl Man" and his adventures around downtown Cleveland. Many fun memories of the time ... when I believe we were at the West 78th Street building of American Greetings.

Norm gave me and Beth one of his paintings as a wedding gift. It is of a robin with the quote ...for by God were all things made". It hangs on my bedroom wall as a daily reminder of God's provision and rich blessings.

May God grant you the peace that surpasses all understanding.

It was an honor to have met you and your loving family and spend the day with you. Rest in Peace kind Sir.
