In 1954, in high school, Norm was takingthree of his friends (including me) home in his Model A Ford. We were on Wayne Rd in Wayne MI. clipping along at about 40MPH when the left front wheel came off. Luckily, Glen Baxter who weighed about 250 lbs was sitting in the back right seat. Therefore the car did not lean down to the groung. His weight kept the car upright. It was quite funny at the time, and provided a fond memory. Think of Norm quite often. Ken Betz

Thinking about the entire wonderful Hamann Family. I often reference Mr. Hamann and the great architectural work he and his company have done. Rick--we need to connect this summer!

To the Hamann kids; May 31 - you lost your dad. What a kind, humble and talented man. Losing your dad is always hard regardless of age or circumstance. It's okay to cry. I'm quite sure that my dad delivered each one of you into this world. He was the first to spank your butt! He also, I'm sure, shared in the joy your dad felt at each of your births. May 31 -ironically 45 years ago on this day - my dad also died. I'm betting our two dads are sharing some fun stories about us kids in heaven...
