Lisa, Megan, Norman, and Nicole: I only recently learned of Norm's illness, and just today heard of his passing. He has been in my thoughts and prayers so often. I truly am sorry to hear of his illness and death. I cherish the memories I have of the St. Martha's and gymnastics days. Norm was always upbeat and always a talker! Please know we think of all of you with fondness always. Love always,

Lisa and family

I am so sorry to hear of Norm's passing. I was unable to be at the calling hours to express my deepest sympathy. I have fond memories of Norm when we would work St. Martha's bingo together especially his great smile. I know these are difficult times for all of you--you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

When Mike and Norm would sit out on the front steps and chat for hours about the world and how they were going to change their little cornor of it. It's those days in life I miss the most. I don't know what to say as I sit with tears of sadness. Although Norm wouldn't want us too-it's hard not too. I pray that peace be with all of you and always know that Norm is looking down upon us all and...

Be comforted in knowing that Norm was so well-loved and respected, as was evident by the incredibly large number of people who came to say their last good-byes to a wonderful friend.

And, as a little extra comfort, please know that when I heard of Norm's passing, I said an extra prayer to heaven...

Lisa, Megan, Norm Jr. and Nicole,
Makenzie and I (and her brothers and sisters) were out of state when we heard of Norm's passing. My deepest sympathies to you all as he was truly a great husband, Dad and friend.
I first met Norm when I was a young Akron police officer and he was working as the evening shift manager at Jack Horner's. What a nice surprise it was years ago to see him again, living close by in Green. He hadn't change since Horner's. He was the same kind, friendly...
