Dear Ruth and Family,

Words cannot express my sadness. So many of my thoughts these days center around memories of Norm, one of the most kind and giving persons I have ever known. Know that I shall endeavor to channel my grief into positive actions in his memory. My wish is that each of you can take solice in the fact that Norm has left this world a better place than it was when he entered it. May this knowledge be of some small comfort.

Dear Ruth and Family, Norm will be missed by all his friends at the Lancaster Senior Center. We are all shocked. We expected to see him on Wednesday for lunch. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Matthew and I have many wonderful memories of "Grandpa J" to hold onto and he will truly be missed. Our thoughts are with the entire Johnson family. Much love,
