Chopper was my brother in law, but for 24 years, he always treated me as if I were his own flesh and blood brother. He was an upright, moral, hard working man who loved people and animals. My sympathies to Norm's family. As I talked to him daily for the last three years, when I moved back to PA., I shall miss him greatly.
