Not sure what to say?

my wonderful memories of Dr. Mann have sustained me through many challenges. we had a wonderful conversations at Beth El we had a wonderful conversations at Beth El indoors and outdoors. At one point, he called me his professor! What an honor! All I did was keep them informed as the pages we were on during morning minyan. H May his memory continue to be a blessing for all who knew him.

Having just learned of his passing today, I apologize for this very late condolence to the family of the great Dr. Norman Mann, my mothers physician for all of her years here as an immigrant in the USA. His compassion and kindness towards her, his incredible level of care and medical knowledge was second to none. He saved her life more than once, and that is not an exaggeration. I also count him as one of the great advisors of my life, he recognized the struggles of a young man who was the...

my entire families life long internist M.D. Alan R Eisenbaum

I worked next door to your father's office for many years and would do the blood work for his mother when she was at Brookview. I have fond, warm memories of the caring person, physician he was. He lived life to the fullest. May he rest in peace knowing his work will continue and he will never be forgotten.

Norman Mann truly defined the knowledgeable and compassionate practice of medicine. He was always engaged, always learning and passing on his knowledge with his family, friends and students. As a friend, Judy and I always enjoyed discussions and "breaking bread" with Norman and Denese at many Beth El functions. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. May his memory always be for a blessing!

Norman Mann defined the word "mensch." He was kind, thoughtful, considerate, compassionate, and loving. He believed in people and in the best of human potential. He had a gift for finding the finer qualities in people that others were not always aware of. He would discuss world events sincerely intending to figure out how to fix things or make them better. And he was a passionate son of Israel. He could spend hours discussing the latest challenges in the Middle East, and how best to...

I remember working with Dr Mann at Mt Sinai In Hartford many years ago. It was always a pleasure to see the caring attention he paid to his patients. Sally Watson , RN

I only met Norman a few times many years ago, but at the first of these meetings we were visiting Cindy at his home with his beloved wife, and his incredible kindness and warmth made an indelible impression on me. May his memory be a blessing.

Dr. Mann always was and always will be referred to as our family doctor. At one time he rushed to my mother's side at home on a Sunday morning because he thought she was suffering an episode of glaucoma. Most recently, Dr. Mann honored us by in person attending a lecture in bio-medical ethics at the UCONN Medical School which Jacob has endowed in memory of our parents, Rabbi Haskel and Mrs. Naomi Lindenthal, z"l. His loss is so very painful. BD"E Rachel D Lindenthal
