Norman S. Marcus

Norman would light up a room with his smile, wit and intellect and would always make a family function fun. Perhaps the most amazing part of Norman was the love and joy he brought to my cousin, Dawn-Marie, and always ensuring their life together was filled with fun and a new adventures. Norman, keep the tennis serve strong and smile wide. Look forward to seeing you again in another life. Say hi to Izzy and Ed. -Aubrey

I am so sorry to learn of Norman's passing. He was a professor, adviser and a mentor of mine at Boston University. I pursued broadcasting in large part due to Norman. He was intelligent, kind, thoughtful and had a great sense of humor.
Condolences to his family and friends. He will surely be missed.

Norman advised me as I earned my MS in Broadcast Administration at Boston University. He was always thoughtful, insightful and brought a positive approach to our work. I remember, as a wide-eyed student, how I admired him for his industry experience and overall knowledge of how the broadcasting and entertainment industry worked. He was an inspiration. Norman was one-of-a-kind...sophisticated, funny, a great conversationalist......as interested in sports as he was in world politics. We were extremely lucky to call him a dear friend for decades. A very good man...
