I remember babysitting for the kids, getting the job through David's connection with Mr. McCray. In subsequent years he did a lot of work on houses on Oakland Park Ave.. He touched many lives and will be missed.

I was saddened to hear of Mr. McCray's untimely passing. He was an important influence in my life. I will always look back at my years at Crestview Jr. High in his wood shop and drafting classes with real fondness. I still remember and use lessons learned back in the Crestview shop today as I doing many things. When I was working on a degree in engineering some students were struggling with drawing and I would think "Mr. McCray taught me this back in 8th grade!!" He was...

I just wanted to express my sympathy to Norms family and let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have been Norms Seamstress the last few years and I always enjoyed his visits.He waas always happy and made us laugh.. So sorry for your loss.. Bertha Stenson
