I have met Norm and his wife Deni in the 90s, through my then husband Dennis Cooper who worked at the FAA and once took a trip to Russia with number of congressmen to foster air transportation agreements between two countries. I remember being at Andrews AFB waiving good bye to Airforce One taking off. After that trip Norm was so kind to invite both of us for lunch at the Capitol.
