Not sure what to say?

What a turn the light on in your head book of learning piano basics. I wish I had such a book in grade school. Mr. Monath wrote a great book of knowledge for the piano. What a guy. Wish I could have known him.

I love the music he wrote with Walt Kelly that appeared in the songbook Songs of the Pogo. If any of his family reads this, please contact me at [email protected]. I am sorry for your loss. Norman Monath's music will be part of my life forever.

I feel so sorry, don't know what to say. I have just finished reading Mr Monath's book, and inspired by his ways of teaching piano...I think I‘ll continue to use his book to practice piano, and to love music.

With my condolences,Jill

My beloved husband Norman Monath was the absolute love of my life. We spent twelve of the most wonderful years together. I held him in my arms until he passed over the rainbow. I will cherish his memory and his music in my heart for the rest of my life. Goodnight my "piano man". I will love you always. Marjorie

I didn't meet my father, Norman Monath, until I was 20 years old, but he was a successful composer, author, editor and book publisher. My condolences to all who mourn his passing, especially my brother, Robert, and family.
