Norman Roberson Mowbray Jr.

I was saddened to hear of Norm's passing. I worked with him in Washington D.C. and spent some great times with him fishing on the Bay. Norm was a gentleman and as we say inthe US Navy a great shipmate. My prayers go out to the family.
