I had the privilege of working with Norm at CDE in Vocational Education. Norm was passionate about educating young people in Industrial Education and Leadership Skills. When he wasn't travelling to schools he would take a swim at the Sac YMCA before coming to the Regional Office on 21st Street. My prayers are with you Dot and all the family.
