Not sure what to say?

I met Norm Nye in 1986, when he worked on plumbing in the house I had just bought. We became friends and remained friends. I am glad, that just prior to his admission to Linda Manor, through his caregiver, Kate O'Gorman, I was able to communicate with Norm. Whenever I talked to Norm, he rarely talked about his own problems, but always asked: "How are you Gail?" One of his main philosophies was that friends are your most important possessions. Norm was blessed to have family and friends...

His son Tim and his friend Sandy showed up at our new house (Myrtle Percy´s ) at end of Main Street and stayed . Tim sorry for your loss !!!

The world has lost a great man, I remember sitting in his chair as we waited for the bus on those cold mornings, he always would joke with me, he would say " if your going to sit in my chair ( closes chair to the wood stove) you need bring your own wood. RIP Norm. I am sure that you and Dad are playing baseball with the others.

My thought go to out all him family Norm was another one of the Great Characters of Ashfield. He was a Wonderful ,Friendly Neighbor. If you knew him you were indeed Lucky.

Norman was such a sweet carring gentleman. I had the pleasure of getting to hear his stories through our weekly visit with him on Tuesday's, back when I helped deliver sweet treats to all the elders of Ashfield with Officer Gretchen Gerstner.

So grateful for the "porch talks" this year and getting to know a great, and kind gentleman. He will be sorely missed.

So sorry to hear of Norm's passing. He was a customer of mine when I worked in Conway at GSB. He was a kind and loving soul. I know he will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
