Norman was born on December 17, 1948 and passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019. Norm grew up in Toledo under the care of Aunt Leona, where he graduated from Libbey High School. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served his country for 23 years as a Clinical Specialist.
