My husband and I had the great fortune of calling Norm a friend during his many years of living in Northern Virginia. Then he encouraged me to apply for a job at his new company, MRJ, which turned into a 33-year career for me. He was a genuinely kind, funny, and super-smart man who enjoyed life to its fullest.
