I remember when I was working for Mr. Pylman's son, Skip, that when he would call the office, he would never identify himself (not that he had to after the second call) as "Mr. Pylman" or "Norman Pylman" -- he always identified himself as "dad Pylman". Just like his son, Skip, he was a generally soft-spoken, gentle person -- very kind and loving, with always a good word to say. He's well again with our Lord and Savior, but he'll be sorely missed by the world he left behind.
