Very few days go by where I don't think of you and Gram for one reason or another. It's hard to explain, but I always have the feeling that you are both right there watching over us, enjoying everything going on in our lives and especially all of the great grandchildren growing up and doing new things. And now with Stephen, as so many people have pointed out, he has so much of you in him Grampa. I love and miss you!

Dad, I am missing you so much today and remembering this time last year is breaking my heart. It was the greatest honor to be able to take care of you during that time and I hope you know how much you are truly loved and respected.
