Dear Roman Girls,
Your Dad, my first cousin, lit up a room wherever he went. He unselfishly helped Uncle Henry when, while at a family reunion at Aunt Florence's, there was a fire at his home in Newtown (near Cincinnati) and he basically lost everything. Norman was a great support to him during a very difficult time. His steadfast faith exuded to anyone who needed comfort.

I'm sorry for your loss and was really sad to hear the news, especially since it has been years since I saw your father. I have some great memories from when we were kids hanging out camping or at cookouts or parties -- that is how I remember your dad: while our families were all having a good time.
