Not sure what to say?

Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family during this difficult time. I hope you find comfort knowing he is at peace and in a better place.

Mr. Rubenstein was one of the most loyal customers at my bicycle store in Ellisville, purchasing many bikes for his many grandchildren, starting when Wheels West was a tiny hole-in-the-wall.
After a few years and bikes, I extended a good discount as a token of appreciation; he refused it, saying "Tom, you're in business to make a profit, not to give discounts." His kindness extended far beyond refusing a discount.
I have always treasured my memory of an honorable man.
His tradition...

I feel very blessed to have know Norman. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I will miss you.

Dear Lynn and all the Wallis family,
