Not sure what to say?

I worked with Norm as a representative of a national retailer/tenant in Naperville. I'm sorry I never met him personally. Discussing a ground lease with a landlord over the phone is not something one would typically look forward to, but Norm was always engaging, friendly, fair, honest and smart. I only knew him briefly and he left a lasting impression. I can only imagine the loss felt by friends and family. Deepest sympathy.

May the road rise to meet you Norm. Safe Journey and God bless.

Norm and his brother Alfred were pioneers in the redevelopment of downtown Naperville. They changed the character of the downtown and set the high standard which others have now followed. I miss them both.
