Norman C. Stoy

Norman C. Stoy, 86 of Montpelier, passed away on Oct. 19, 2025, at Evergreen Healthcare Center in Montpelier. He was born on April 6, 1939, in Montpelier to Carlton W. and Rosella E. (Dieringer) Stoy. Norman served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
