Sending my deepest condolences to Mary Jo and Vern Hammet and the entire Strange family for the loss of a grand patriarch! He cast a large and loving shadow wherever he shone...so glad to have been even slightly acquainted with him.

So sad to lose sweet Norman. My mother Hilde lives in the same home, and we all will miss his sweet countenance. He would always smile when I spoke to him. When reading the obit this morning, I realized that I went to school with Dan at T.J. Our hearts go out to your family in this time of grief. I will miss Norman.
