Norman was born on August 13, 1950 and passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Norman was a resident of Louisa, Virginia at the time of his passing. Norman attended the Louisa County Public School system. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday December 13 2015 at St. John Baptist Church 5482 Zachary Taylor Highway Mineral VA 23117 with Rev. Jerry Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
