Norman D. WebbJuly 24, 1940 - Jan. 24, 2022 Norm Webb was not exceptionally tall. In a crowd, you might not notice him. But what made him stand out head-and-shoulders above others was who he was—a man of unfailing integrity. His life achievements included being a successful executive, a devoted...

Not sure what to say?

Hello, I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your lovely mother and father. I'm writing to say thank you, on behalf of our family. Your parent's scholarship, The Norman and Louella Webb Scholarship at the University of Portland was awarded to our daughter, Sierra Repp, who is studying Engineering there. Their generous scholarship has helped her keep her student loans down, and has allowed her to give back to the community by volunteering her time with L'Arche, a community serving people with...

I am so sorry to hear of Norm´s passing. As some of you know, Norm and I served in the Air Force at Keesler AFM, Mississippi. He was a prominent member of our close circle of friends there. As a volunteer at a small credit union in 1976, Norm spent a huge amount of time mentoring me while serving as the Board Chair. His leadership, values, work ethic and positive spirit were inspirational to the board and employees. I often use "what would Norm do" decision-making throughout my career and passed along his legacy and integrity to others. A great guy.

I worked with Norm at Kaso for about a year. He was always fair, honest and open. His smile was genuine. The one thing I learned from him was, if you HAVE to have a meeting, no CHAIRS. It's amazing how much can be covered in a short amount of time. I carried that with me throughout the remainder of my career.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Went to grade school with Norman, Sunnyside grade school.
