We have lost a warrior. I have had the opportunity to work with Norman and he was a true leader. He cared so much for all Indians, he fought continously for health care, decent housing, an most of all education. So humble and had the keen sensitivity to the needs of Indian people. Norman was on ground floor an instrumental with the passage of the Indian Self Determination Act, an historical piece of legislation. I will always remember Norman.
